Read the Level 4 map as three connected areas: the opening office and Hub detour, the vending-machine counting room, and the four-camera route to the hotel exit. The crowbar vent connects the far security area back toward the camera reset, making it useful after a failed attempt.
A line on the map shows where you can travel, not when it is safe to cross a camera's view. Combine the layout with the live direction of each camera.
Match the office landmarks to the map

| Landmark | Map role | What to remember |
|---|---|---|
| Opening cubicles and side rooms | Starting search area | Supplies and the off-route Hub connection |
| Four vending machines | Progress gate | Solve the room's object counts before continuing |
| Camera reset button | Start of the security challenge | Return here after detection |
| Side rooms and parallel passages | Cover and route options | Check the next camera before leaving cover |
| Security room and vent | Exit check and retry shortcut | Use a crowbar to return for a reset |
Begin from the landmark you have reached. If you are already at the security room, tracing the route from the office entrance adds little; identify the reset shortcut and the final door instead.
Separate the Hub detour from forward progress
Before the vending-machine puzzle, a side route leads to the Hub connection. Use that door if you want to establish the return path for later travel, then come back to the office.
For the forward route, find the small counting room with four vending machines. Its locked door is controlled by the object categories displayed on the machines. Count the matching objects in that room and enter the totals to open the next area.
The map cannot replace that observation. It can show the puzzle room's position, but the useful action is to inspect the machines and count the objects once you are there.
Plan the camera crossing around cover

Locate the reset button near the beginning of the security area before entering the exposed route. From that point, use the map to identify side rooms and alternative corridors that interrupt the cameras' lines of sight.
At each protected position, inspect the next camera's direction. Move when it turns away and stop at the next available cover. Do not begin a long run just because the first visible camera is facing the other way; another camera can still cover the next turn.
Windows are a separate hazard from cameras. Keep space from occupied windows while following a wall or moving through a side room. A route that avoids camera detection can still take you too close to a Window Entity if you rush without looking.
Use the vent to return after a failed run

If the exit is locked because a camera saw you, the far security area provides a crowbar and a vent shortcut. Open the vent and use it to return to the camera challenge's starting side, then press the reset button.
This makes the return path different from the forward path. You do not need to retrace every exposed corridor or repeat the vending-machine stage just to clear the camera alarm.
After resetting, correct the specific crossing where you were detected. Choose a nearer cover point, wait longer for the camera to turn or take an available side passage. The normal finish is a clean approach to the security exit and the transition into Terror Hotel.
If a diagram and the corridor in front of you seem to disagree, stop at a named landmark and reorient. Confirm the room and door you are using before chaining more turns from an uncertain position.
